Bank Akinmola

Bank and Sharon have founded their lives on the philosophy that when you change the family, you change the nation.  In the course of their travels, it became increasingly obvious to them that the main challenge facing the church is principally rooted in problems within the homes. This couple saw a need to restore families back to God.   Prayers and obedience led them to found the “Marriage Advance”, a bi-annual seminar that is centered on equipping couples with the knowledge and skills to enhance and “advance” the quality of their marriages.  The impact of these seminars is evidenced in the testimonies that have emerged from participants, noting healing and marriage restoration.  Understanding God’s Purpose for Marriage, a book authored by Bank, supplies a thorough look at the necessary foundation and appropriate expectations married couples should seek.

In addition to the marriage ministry, Bank founded World Outreach Church for All Nations (WOCFAN) and World Outreach Missions, Inc. (WOM).   The thrust of this ministry is to raise leaders for the next generation and challenge the saints to grow into the fullness of the image of Christ. Bank has invested 30+ years in fostering mission awareness among local churches in America. He has trained and mobilized over 150 missionaries currently serving worldwide and has led missions’ outreaches to countries all over Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America.

Bank is an author of many books. He is a well sought-after speaker at leadership conferences, seminars, and church conventions worldwide. He is a certified John Maxwell Global Leadership Coach and also trains and equips pastors and leaders around the world in the Train the Trainer (T3) Certificate Program.

Bank and Sharon, reside in Bethlehem, Georgia.  They are blessed with three children and two grandchildren.  Bank and his family are thriving in God’s Grace.
